I'm Monika, and I am so glad you have found Poses and Prana - a space where yoga, breath and wellbeing come together to support the modern woman's journey towards balance and joy.

Whether you are just beginning your yoga journey or have a seasoned practice, this site was created with you in mind. My intention is simple. Just show up. The journey is taken one step at a time, and this site will continue to expand with insights and inspirations to help you reconnect, recharge and live with more intention.

Mindful Movement: Thoughtfully designed yoga sequences in our classes

Wellness Insights: Tips and reflections on building a life rooted in self-care, nourishment, community and empowerment.

Retreats and Travel: Our "wanderings" are soulful experiences that blend exploration with rejuvenation and sharing the amazing energy of like-minded women.

Resources (coming soon): Supportive tools and referrals to honor the rhythms of womanhood - from hormone-friendly practices to guided relaxation mediations for stress relief.


Why "Poses and Prana"?

The name combines the asana (poses) that ground us with the prana (life force) that moves through us. It's more than just the physical practice - it's about reconnecting to that inner energy and creating space for what truly matters.


This blog will be updated regularly with fresh insights to support your journey - on and off the mat. Think seasonal wellness tips, guided breathwork, music to try, books to get lost in, and real-life inspiration for living more intentionally.
