Our Story
Welcome to Poses and Prana, where our mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone regardless of experience. Our classes blend asana (poses) and prana (breath) to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to practice yoga anywhere. We invite you to join us on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and inner peace. Embrace this opportunity to connect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Classes
We focus on mindfulness, stress management and personal growth through movement, breath work and a compassionate mindset.
Used in every class, props such as blocks, chairs, straps, bolsters or blankets are all viewed as “friends” to help us ease into our poses and avoid injury.
Classes are 60 minutes.
Groups
We create a space for all bodies and all levels to start or restart a practice.
Get to know your mat and get to know yourself.
Private
A great option for many. The location can be of your choosing, even your own living room.
We will meet you at your home and at your level.
